An anniversary present for the grandparents of a close friend. To celebrate the life and legacy of these cornerstone members of the family, the Finished Studio team worked to animate their exciting love story. In this movie you can see how the love journey took this couple to Ecuador & back, & then led the two lovers to start a family here in the United States.
The artistic style for this animation was inspired by classic Hanna-Barbera cartoons, I wanted it to have a Jetsons or Flintstones kind of vibe. The goal for this project was to make the cartoon feel familiar, like something the grandparents could have seen on tv while growing up in the 60s.
